Clint Eastwood's 240Z?!?!

First off, I know nothing about this car other than what's in the following link, but damn it's a badass looking Zed.

It appears to be a celebrity race car. Why can't celeb support races have proper sports cars like this, the last celebrity race I saw here in Australia had Lexus CT200h's :roll:

Anyone know anything else?

Okay, I can see why there are Clint Eastwood movie posters in there, but why Josh Brolin and Barbra Streisand?

I'd love to know what celebrity race this was from. I like what's painted over the passenger door: Crew chief: Gene Hackman. Hopefully the other cars that were in the race have all been saved, too.

That car is now owned by Bob Clucas and is raced several times a year. Its a beautiful car.

Bob is down in Southern California.

Its a really cool car. I don't know that Clint Eastwood ever owned the car however. I guess I could email Bob himself and the full story from him (I'll have to find his email, I have it here someplace.) I don't have any more pics of the car posted online, but I do have a few more on the computer.

I'm pretty sure the car is close to "As Raced" on the IMSA Circuit at some point. Its had several different paint jobs.
