Great pics! Do you have any closeups of that light blue one on the left and the hi-roof wagon in the back? I have a soft spot for wagons. And emus!

Sometimes I find myself wondering how much it would cost to import a cool non-US car into the country. Those old lancers are one that often crosses my mind! Different than anything available here but mechanically similar enough to a Starion/Conquest to maintain with out to much difficulty!

Awesome pics! I was kind of hoping to see some Starions in the pics though.

Wish I could have come, there aren't many RWD Sigma/Galants in the UK, leaving me to potter around in mine alone (looking conspicous).

What are the wheels on the yellow one?

The day was set up as a Sigma day so unfortunately no Starions attended. There aren't alot of them getting around here these days. Both the wagon and blue GJ/GK Sigma were people who rocked up on the day because we advertised on the net so unfortunately I didn't get any more pics of them. Now that I'm on this site and I know there is an interest in them, I'll keep an eye out at car shows etc. The 80's Mitsubishis are ridiculously common here as until only last week, we had a Mitsubishi factory 30 minutes away!

In terms of wheels, not sure what the Yellow one has :(. The ones on my white wagon were Standard GH Turbo Rims made by Globe wheels. As only 500 GH Turbos were ever made, the wheels themselves have a bit of a cult following. Lucky for me I still have a spare set :)

Yeah I have a buddy over in OZ used to own a Starion, he even said they're pretty rare.

Ok, after a bit of clever playing around with the image links, I discovered that the photos above were from Old Colt's Cardomain page, so if anyone wants to see the photos in question, simply go to this website: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/267090/9

Hi Guys, was just browsing and found this thread!! Oh the memories :D
I remember a lot of the sigma's from the first post, some of them were very quick indeed!!

Noticed a comment down the post about the factory sigma turbo wheels, so for those of you that have not seen one, i have added a couple of pics of my old one. It was build number 28/500 and was a mint original example. I still regret selling it to this day. :(
It went to help fund my first house. My first sigma turbo was a roughy that had been used for rallying, but when this one owner VERY LOW km example appeared I just had to have it.
My father also had one back when they were a fairly new car.
Anyway hope you enjoy the pics!

That's a very nice Sigma Turbo you had there! I really can't wait to finish my GE Sigma and get it back on the road!
