I was watching some Skodas rallying and found this. 1968 1000 Lakes Rally with some really cool old cars.

Can you spot:

Honda N600
Isuzu Bellett
Nissan Fairlady Roadster

(also check out the Saab 96, Volvo Amazon, Trabi, etc)

If you search the user amjayes's channel for "saab" and watch the first video you can also see the red and black Fairlady Z in action.

Does anyone know more about these rarer JNC rally cars, specifically the Honda N600? I had no idea these were raced, but now I'm intrigued. :D

That little Subaru 360 'cop car' looks to have an NZ registration plate and what might be an NZ Ministry of Transport (now defunct - as the Police do the traffic enforcement) logo on the door. The landscape is not NZ though.

The rallying footage illustrates the variety of cars being rallied in those days compared with the situation today.

Part of why they were referred to as the "Golden Days of Rallying". I hope we get some more golden days in the future...

It's three parts :)

Amazing to see them change the whole turbo/manifold and rear undercarriage in about 15minutes, i'd probably use a whole day :lol:
