A little help with my KGC10 rear subframe mounts etc please.

Ive started assembling the rear suspension. However one of my staff who assisted in the tear down is no longer with us and im left with a 1000 boxes of washers, nuts, bolts, rubbers etc.

Does anyone out there have a break down of what bushing, washers, spacers are required for the complete rear set up. Pictures will do.

My old workshop manual doesnt really give me the details i need.

Like rear subframe, when mounting to the floor is there any rubber islolators etc.

Moustache bar, again when mounting to the floor are there any isolators?

I hope you get the idea.

    Cheers

I'll scan the exploded diagram from the parts manual for you when I get home, Dave (or have you got that already?)

    Kev,
If you can post the scans here, I'll like to take a look at them too.

For the time being, I found these pics of the moustache bar in my car

It looks like there is big and a small washer on the bottom, and at the top the castellated rubber part must be a separate isolator, since it's not part of the bush.

I think 6 is the flat washer with the rubber on it. Then 11 & 12 are on the inside of the car and hold the main bolt in. That extra part may be part of the body or something that is pressed into the body.

I think your right, I wonder how thick the washer is?
