    I had to come back and check which of your Lancers I like the most. Think I'll go with this one!

    What engines did you get them with? From memory we had 1200, 1400 and 1600 here, and we got various trim levels in 2dr, 4dr and estate bodystyles. Head-on competitor with Datsun 120Y (210 in USA) and Corolla here, but I think Mitsubishis late entry into the market lost them ground which they never made up and, as Mike, says, they've always been scarce here. Home-grown cars like Escort would have got the bulk of this market.

    Did you guys get the earliest version with smaller tail lights? There were 3 different variants with three different tail lights. We only have the 4-door versions though.

    Lancers

    No this body style style only made it here wish we have the L type body
    w/c my friend shipped by himself.

    here in the Philippines, a lady friend of mine used to have a car like that, what made it special is that it was a JDM import model. We call it I type Lancer.

    Locally sold Lancers dont have that kind of tail lights.
