I could be mistaken but I think you're making somewhere between 130-140 hp range if you have the stock VG motor. you're best bet, is to swap out the engine for either an SR20 or RB motor. You would be making a lot more power.

Replacing the motor with another VG from a later model Nissan would give you more power but those motors are really hard to work on because they're a bit bulky and regular maintenance would be a pain. That is just my own opinion.

Whatever you decide though, keep us updated. :tu:

[edit] If you can find back issues of a magazine called "Project Car" they go through step by step on a RB swap for the M30/Leopard

Pretty much everything from an HR31 will fit this if it's an F31.
Including the RB, of which I'm sure you know there are a few different sizes.

a skyline engine would be nice but i just dont have the money time or a garage to do it in ... i think its pretty power for me and the wife and kids to cruse around in .... im not to sure what engine it is it seems to be a bit different to the u.s m30's . any one know how much power the quad cam engine makes?

222 that's not to bad ..... need to get it running better needs a bit of work and maybe a l.p.g system because it likes to drink .... do you think a cone filter would make a difference i have found them unhelpful on a nissan sunny gti i had .

next on the cards is new rear seat belts as it has three lap belts at the moment and they are not the best for childrens car seats ...

any hints and tips you could give me on this car would be great as i am finding it hard to find out anything..
