Re-Drilling wheels from 4x114.3 to 4x110 Stud Pattern?

I've been looking for some 14x7" Enkei Cross Fevers for my RX-4, which has a 4x110 stud pattern, and the few wheels I have found are always 4x114.3.

There appears to be plenty of meat to do this, I assume the fill the existing hole with some kind of bung and then re-drill the holes to the new stud pattern.

Has anyone had their wheels modified from one stud pattern to another, and does anyone know a good place to get this done in Sydney, Australia?

I'm going to have this done to my wat's.$40 a wheel down in vic. Neales do it as well in Sydney for 75 a rim. They redrill and use an offset plug with a new hole position.114 to 110 is fine, anything outside of that range will cause you trouble. If there is lots of metal like you said you should be fine.
