    (SOLD) Kingtoy's 1982 Suzuki GS300 L "bobber"

Well I have finally joined the ranks of bike owners. I have long like bikes, especially custom choppers. My true love was for the old bobber style of bikes. i really loved their simplicity. Well recentlyI have been reading the motorcycle thread, and my GF has been talking about getting either a Sportster 883 or maybe even a V-Star to drive to work to help save on gas. Well since I have had several friend that have had bikes for years and go on rides together. I thought I wouold finally get one and me and my GF could ride together and also with our friends.

Plus now the Tim has a bike and John will get one soon. we can start our own gang.

Well anyway here we go. I started looking on craigslist, after a decent search that included many cities I decided to check this one out since the price was good and it wasn't too far from my house. Well it turned out to be decent and fixable and was already started being a bobber which is what I wanted.

I will post more pics as I fix it and whip it into shape. I am thinking maybe black with red wire wheels eventually.

Next stop, Strokers in Dallas.... LOL.

Well I am not completely sure what I want to do. Either shorter or longer.

I think the bars on your bike would look great on mine.

Well as of right now I have yet to get the bike to start. It will crank and crank and crank but won'r fire. We have check all the basics and still don't know whats up. The wiring is so messed up on it I am not sure if I should keep it or just sell it and get another bike.

There is another bike that is all original, and has a bigger motor. I am just not sure I want bail on this and start over.
