    80's wheels...

    Hey JNC'ers, I wanted to see some wheels from the 80's...also I wanted to know when was the first year SSR Longchamps XR4's where available..early 90's??
    I wanted some 15'' wheels from the 80's for my 1985 Celica ST...

    Any info would really help pout!

    Mk II Supras had a 15" wheel option... that would be period and manufuacturer correct

    Some that I know were made in or before the 80's

    SSR Mk I-III, Starsharks, etc. (Most of the 14/15" range would be old enough to classify as period)
    Watanabe
    Hayashi Racing (Pretty much all of them)
    Riversides
    Techno TRV, Phantom, Shadow (good luck affording a set), Sakuras
    Volk Racing meshies, Artisan Spirit

    And there's a whole bunch more I can't think of off the top of my head. Basically, the world is your oyster.

    As far as I can recall, Longchamps were available as early as 1984.
    Sizes ranged from 13x5.5 to 16x10J.
    PCD were 110, 114.3 and 120
    Offsets ranged from -40 to +25.
