Watanabe wheel fitment on an S30

Hey guys, I have searched around for photos of a 240z with 16x9"wats in the rear with stock fenders (rolled of course). I have found a car that has 16x8.5s but with 225 50s, I would run a 225 45 on the 9" (so a litttle stretch) and some decent rear camber. What do you guys think, any hope of fitting these wheels without rubbing the whole time? I will have coilovers with a moderate drop, not trying to slam my car like some of these kids haha.

I'm just hoping someone here has some info, and maybe some images of a Z running rear 16x9s with stock fenders.

i'm sure you could--as long as they were rs8's or f8's

but my guess is your wanting the deep-dish, 1-pc type b?

then all you need to do is look at how they fit a zg flared car
and you'll notice the lip of the wheel sticks significantly past the fender lip

Yea, definitely want the R types with the dish. Good idea with the ZG flares, but I can never find a car with 9s in the back, always 9.5s. I'm sure they stick past the fender, but I'm wondering if with a little stretch and some negative camber will compensate.

Here is a link to car on Zilvia that has 9s, but it has 50 profile and not too aggressive rear camber.
