    Crowie's ke55

    Hey all,

I have a little time spare so i thought i should throw up my rig for good measure.

Around 10 months ago i picked up this little gem from an old fella in Brisbane, scored her for a really good price and was amazed at what condition it was in. It's a 1980 ke55 corolla update, (last production before the early ke70's).

Most parts are stock apart from the cosmetics.
Running standard 4k with a 5 speed, lowerd all round and some nice offset.
currently in the market for some ssr's with large width.

Also working on a 5k i have, hopping to have it in in the next few weeks

    Pics!

Nice Corolla you picked up there. Should look good with a set of SSR's.

Hey all, it's been a while since I've been back.

Sad story to go with the old girl, it was taken off the road and parted out due to multiple defects by the police. The following like shows the car only two days before it was all over: http://www.excitementcarmagazine.com/ca ... the-better

More info on the car can be found on the rollaclub link i posted up previously (including the shell read to be crushed.

I got out of the car scene for around a year, but i have recently returned when i purchased my 1981 xt130 corona. When i get my act together i'll throw up a thread if your interested.

    Cheers Hayden

My corona is much like that, but low and white walls. Its also factory manual too so a better base.

Long term project is an 18rg twin webbers and superlights. But all will have to wait till my yearly wage increases
