    Mazda R.E.P.U.? on stanceworks

    I saw this the other day, I'm not sure whether it is an R.E.P.U. but the truck looks a bit like the rotary powered trucks found here in the states. Check out the Mazda 'M" logo welded onto the ladder rack..

    That's a B1600, the Couriers brother. A REPU would have wheel flares and a different grille as the larger differences.

    Interesting, unfortunately they didn't say anything about the motor. Could anybody guess as to what year this truck was made?

    From the style of the grille, it looks to be a 1976.

    FYI, the rotary version is quite rare. There were way more piston-powered versions sold here in the US. :tu:

    It would also have that funky battery box on the passenger bedside, which incidentally would not have allowed it to be slammed that low.
