Old school movie car chase (Philippines)

I don't know what movie this is but it stars Fernando Poe Junior (FPJ) (rip sir.). He is very famous for his action films over here. It's a car chase scene along Makati, Philippines in the early 80s. FPJ is driving a Toyota Crown while the baddies are in a Plymouth Valiant (probably with an Isuzu Diesel engine). There are a lot of old school stuff in this chase.

    That's actually a 1966-1969 Rambler American, not a Valiant.

Valliant was a part of Chrysler... so if that car was built in Australia was a Valliant not a Rambler
