    glf sedan tail lamp

    hi again guys,
    anyone know where i can get a left side tail lamp or lens for my 1980 glf sedan?
    is all i need to complete the resto,it isnt the multi ribbed version but the one before with like a recess running the length of it.......hope this makes sense

    there was a GLF at my local you-pull not too long ago....
    if it's still there and the right light we can hook something up.

    a pic would be much help.

    There's a 4-door GLF sedan at my local scrapyard, don't know what year model, don't know if the tail lamps are still there

    obviously complete would be a bonus as that one looks worse than mine.....anybody got one?

    Heheh that photo I found on the Net. I will have a look at the scrapped GLF next time I'm there and take some photos

    that is a Gen 2 GL,DL,GLF,GL-10 Sedan and Coupe taillight so it might be easier than you think

    As someone else has mentioned try the USMB but I will keep an eye out for one and if anything try www.fixmysuby.com and email Richie, he might have one but I am uncertain and there is John's Subaru, his # is 503-985-7110 it is a US # btw but might give him a call, just try to call before 5PM your time and he should be around to answer, if not just leave a message with your e-mail addy and he will get in touch with you cause I do know he can ship internationally

    thanks guys for your replys,bajasoob i got an emailback from richie saying he had a set of the early american spec tail lights with the indicator/reverse light in the middle,how cool would that look? are hopefully goin to sort out a del,am just hoping the block plug will fit str8 in an the wiring the same? shouldnt be too diferent.
    keep looking for me tho guys,just in case it falls through!!

    they would look good and they should work, if anything keep the whole setup and arrange the sockets for the lamps so that the correct combination will work

    and your very welcome, Richie is a good friend of mine and a good guy to deal with all around
