    OBA Steering wheel

Guys, does anyone know anything about these? just came across one thought might as well, but haven's put up cash yet until speak to JNC crew.

    it looks like this

i currently have no brand with nardi button, sadly, looking around for Nardi wheel proved that i might not like it (by size and by price) so this one is pretty much what i have now.... but with silver center (mine is gold and sorta doesn't fit the interior)

it would need some rework... plus its disgusting color (orangish stain wood) seems like this one was taken off early NA MX5...

any ideas? worth while? or should wait for a time when i can fondle a nardi wheel...

i've seen some (not a lot, though) of these go for more than new nardis on yahoo auctions. i quite like them as well.

if it's cheapish, i'd go for it. even if you spend the time sanding it back and cleaning it up, it's still worth it

    edit: http://auctions.search.yahoo.co.jp/s...i=UTF-8&mode=1

also, the smaller versions are quite popular on shakotan/bosozoku cars.

funny that an Australian answered... mostly only Australians seem to know about these (from my look on the web), some one mentioned that they were sold in K-Mart

    and apparently these were suicide:

not sure about them being sold in k-mart, being a proper italian made wheel, but i've been proven wrong on things before, so i won't say it's not possible :P
