    MY Mitsubishi collection - GK Scorpion

    GK Scorpion specs:
    Block
    bored .060
    forged alloy pistons (dome size 3.1cc which was a bit less than 1mm)
    moly rings (not sure about this, may have been chrome only at this oversize)
    notched upper block to suit gasket bore binder and further unshroud intake and exhaust valves (removed approximately 1mm material from top of bore above top ring level)
    compression est. 10.8:1

    Head
    M7 Head
    o extensive porting
    o enlarge chamber around valves to improve clearance to extent possible confined by bore-binder
    o new valve guides
    o new stellite valve seats
    o oversized exhaust valves
    o machined and re-chamfer valve guides for clearance of retainers at max lift
    o re surface cylinder head (removed .015)
    o valve springs tension tested and shimmed to correct tension (310lbs open)
    Cam (specs)
    o duration
     Intake 345.8o (241.8o at 0.050)
     Exhaust 373o (242.9o at 0.050)
    o lift
     Intake .4704
     Exhaust .4625
    o overlap 129.5o
    o if comparing to a common old style cam grind spec such as 30-60 or 40-70, this cam grind is a 36.6-72.9
    o cam is suited to efficient 3000rpm 7000rpm operation
    Double valve springs

    Other
    Magna (248cc) injectors
    XF T/B
    Commodore VN Air box
    Microtech Digi 1 ecu
    Low & Hi pressure fuel pumps
    o 6psi rear lift pump (35 gph)
    o 50psi high pressure pump (not sure about flow)
    H/Duty clutch
    Extractors, 2 exhaust

    NICE.

    Any dyno charts?? What brand are your pistons and exhaust manifold??

    Any vids?? I want to hear that thing run... high comp 4g54 FTW.

    NO Dyno run yet.

    Not sure on the pistons. Exhaust manifold is newer then the photos custom tuned 4into1
