    1976 Corona Mark II 2000

Here is my 1976 Corona Mark II 2000, it has driven 119000km. The 18R engine and 4 speed transmission. Technically very good condition, body has some rust (not bad).

My first plans for the car, is to make the EU approval. After that it becomes 8x16 rims, 240z flares and coilovers.

I see some opportunities to mount 1JZGTE and R154, but there is little clearance in the front. So placement of the radiator and intercooler, is difficult.

    Hello, welcome to JNC.

Nice car, nice condition for age :tu:

Only second time I saw a Mk2 with those tail lights. Are they Euro-specific?

Yes, I think it is the euro spec. The car was purchased new in Norway, of a captain

I am the third owner of the car.

Just remembered, the other photo I saw of a Mark II with those tail lights was a JDM car and I've seen the lens at a local part shop but our Mark II never came with these tail lights.

Anyway I like the shape of this model. A rarity on our roads these days, used to see quite a few of them when I was small.

    Tail Lights

The Australian 4 door Mark II had the same tail lights but a different radiator grill.
Here's a link to some pics of an Aussie spec 4 door.

The 2 door model had completely different tail lights and radiator grille to the 4 door. Finding complete pics of the 2 door is really difficult, so
here's a Youtube clip of a New Zealand MX23 2 door coupe - the Australian spec car was the same.
