    Japanese Nostalgic Motorcycles

Anyone have any older Japanese motorcycles?

I bought a largely restored 1960's Honda Cub last night and it's about the coolest thing I've ever seen.

Pictures forthcoming, but I figure I can't be the only one. Who's got what?

My 1964 Honda Dream 305. Haven't ever had the time to start on this one, my Dad bought it for $20 from somebody's sideyard in the '80s.

Such a cool lookin' little bike though.

    WOW!

You need to restore that thing. Those are super cool.

Parts are readily available, and they're fairly simple AFAIK.

No, but as soon as my partner and I buy a house, SWMBO has given permission for a Honda CB project of some sort. Wire spoke wheels, race tank, round headlight, oooooh yeah.... :tu:

I've got a 1974 Honda TL 125 (also called a "BIALS"). In need of a total resto but it's all there. Used to ride one of the first SL 125s back then, a friend had the trials version (TL 125). Two very different machines!
Found this one in a mates shed, said I could have it if I fixed his computer. One afternoons work later and I've got another project

I have an early Suzuki T125, and my dad's got a completely original Kawasaki H1 500 Mach III. Best. Motorbike. Ever.

Took the Cub out for the first time last night.

Getting used to shifting, sometimes hard to tell whether you're in 2nd or 3rd. It's a lot of fun though, I think it might actually be a little quicker than my Ruckus.
