Looking for donor rear vented disk brakes w/ int. e-brake

I am looking for a rear disk brake from a reasonably common, preferably Japanese vehicle, to be used as an upgrade on an older vehicle which never came with rear disk brakes.

I would like to find something that fits the following dimensions:
    9 1/2 - 9 3/4 (241-248 mm) outside diameter.
16-20 mm nominal thickness (thickness when new). Vented.
    4 x 114.3 bolt pattern.
Floating design, slides over the lug bolts.
Internal emergency brake (shoes inside the center of the disk).

I am trying to size this to match a front disk that is 9.9 inches (248 mm), 22 mm thick, and vented. I may be getting greedy in wanting a vented rear disk, but the goal is something that would be about as hard core as could be fit under 14 inch wheels.

The closest I have found is 1983 Starion, but I can not tell if that one has an internal emergency brake or a combination emergency brake.

Anyone know of anything close to those dimensions?

The only ones I am aware of (there may be others) are 70's Corvettes and 70's into early 80's Volvo's. Maybe late 70's Ford? Most others used the calipers for the park brake function.

Starion looks like the cable attaches to the caliper, so it's a combination caliper.

1982-85 Celica has a vented rear rotor, no combination caliper. There is a "parking brake shoe" listed for replacement parts. But the rear rotor is 10.47 inches (266 mm). Those came with 14 inch wheels. Might not be much of a squeeze, but they always look funny with a bigger rotor on the back, even OEM.
