    Zerow's 1973 610 Sedan

Everybody loves a good story with pictures, so I figured I would give some introductions. My name is William, and I have been an avid Datsun fan for almost 30 of my 32 years. It started in 1981 when my dad brought home a 1973 Datsun 610 sedan. I had it in high school, parked it, and went on with life. Joined the Army, came home injured from Iraq, but I still had determination. My 610 waited for me to come home, so I figured it was time to either fish or cut bait. So I decided to for a resto-custom rebuild.

Here are some pics of my progress:

A lot of love has gone into 'Ol Betsy, but everyday I work on her, I get closer to getting her back on the road.

Yes, they are. But I HIGHLY recommend that if anyone wants to do this conversion to think twice and grab two sets of the center (high beams). They are shallower than the projector low beams. There is a lot of metal that has to be removed in order to make the low beam projector lights fit.

Not too many around these parts. I know of four, and thats if you count the one I saw on Craigslist.

Thanks Camshaft! It was a pleasure to serve. I would go back tomorrow, if it weren't for the two herniated discs and nerve damage...

I just noticed... those are original Datsun alloy wheels, aren't they? I think they were an option on the S110 80-83 Datsun 200SX, if I'm not mistaken.

    They look great.
