As my signature says, my RA21 is currently deceased. But I have a friend down here in St. Augustine who has a '74 Celica GT (thankfully I can put some of my old parts to use). The other day we were in the junkyard and we found a Mercedes 300d turbo diesel. So we yanked off the turbo and oil cooler, and to our suprise there is no shaftplay with the turbo and the oil cooler is also in great shape! Soon you might be seeing pics of a turbo 18r-c bulid, as soon as we get it all figured out. If anyone else has done this (or attempted to) please let me know.
