info- just got the car a couple days ago, my first rotary.
what will be going on with the car in the next couple months:
    paint

advan racing dish (if i find them!)

never drove something with a bigger grin on my face.

everything minus pass fender and drivers quarter seems to be original paint.
seems like the original owners had fun in it, 200+ on the dash.
but dosent worry me suspension is going to be replaced soon enough.

Nice car, and you're right. Not much beats the "grin quotient" of a first gen.

ok so this little thing died on me the other day.
i thought it was a gas issue due to it doing something similar the other day
gas in the tank i crank it up and nothing, i let it sit after a couple trys.
i pull out the choke and it starts right up, but once i push the choke back down it cuts off. it only starts when it feels like.
and the ignition sticks, the key stasys on the start.

i was thinking fuel pump or spark plugs?

but i also was thinking about using this car to build my datsun 1200.
is that possiable? like differential. suspension tranny drive shaft so on and so on?
