    Hi, I'm Cam

Hi, I'm Cam, a car enthusiast from the greater Cleveland area...northeast Ohio for the international members. While I don't currently own any JNCs I would certainly like to someday. The first JNC I ever fell in love with was a S110 200SX that was quietly biodegrading in the yard of my sister's next-door neighbor when I was a kid. I remember it was a faded black two-door hatchback. I had never seen anything like it before and as a result I've always enjoyed seeing new and different old Japanese cars on the road, though there are less and less now. Like many of you, Gran Turismo gave me a brief education on some of the more storied JNCs, which only whetted my appetite for the more obscure stuff. I'm also into British sports cars, especially MGs. As soon as I can, I'll post specs about all of the cars I've owned. I've thoroughly enjoyed reading many of the build threads on here, and I'm already cruising Craigslist, perhaps in the spring I'll buy a little runaround to slam on some alloys. Anybody in Ohio want to give an unloved JNC away to a good home? :P

I do like those...I'd like to get something a little different. Like an early '80s econobox, to slam down on a nice set of vintage alloys, maybe with ITBs and fender mirrors...yum. Give me something cheap and uncool! I can make it fun! XD

That's a cool idea...I'm getting my vendor's license within the next few weeks to start selling parts for import cars at my detailing shop...an 810 wagon would be a cool shop vehicle, with my phone number on the side.

Whaaaa come on, the electrics are one of the fun parts! :P What I have noticed is that the less hacking that goes on in these harnesses, the better. When you have a 30 year old car with extra wiring from long forgotten fog lamps, aftermarket radios, super-loud accessory horns, etc. then they start getting real dodgy real fast.

Welcome to the JNC! Craiglist is your friend. Terrific deals on J-tin to be had there.

For something more collectible, this was in your neck of the woods.

I'm actually really jonesing for an S110 or a TE31, oddly enough. That Corona is beautiful, though! I'd also be interested in a RX-7 Turbo II as a "shop project."
