    Carol Shelby Wheel ID

So I got these wheels they look like a two piece but they are a 1 piece wheel.

They are Caroll Shelby Wheels but I don't know what model. I've seen a few other people have these wheels to but the closest thing i've come to a name is "Supercars" but you can imagine a google search for Caroll Shelby Supercars doesn't bring up what i'm looking for. :P

Anyways, does anyone know the name of these wheels? Is it Supercars? or something else?

yeah, but those look more like appliance mesh to me or a Caroll Shelby look alike appliance mesh.

I forgot the mustangs had the same pattern.

Anyways the only other place i've seen these wheels is on a VW site.

These are identical to yours aside of color, 5 lug, and knock off. Still don't know what these came on, but maybe this will help the investigation

yeah same wheels. thats the third different bolt pattern i've seen for this wheel. On the VW thread I saw only three people had the wheels.

Must be fairly hard to come by... I just wish they weren't so god damn heavy.

I'm really interested to find out just what they came on? Obviously they came on more than one car with the diff bolt patterns, but with the ones I posted having knock-offs makes me think these where a 60s wheel

Hmm, I don't think they are that old.. maybe 70's at the latest likely 80's. I got my set of a 80's 300ZX and based on plastic shelby center caps I'm leaning strong towards 80's.

Thanks, still kind of hard to find info on them but did find a Z thread about them. Supposedly the wheels weigh 25-30 lbs each.

They feel way too heavy for any car that isn't pushing a V6 or turbo... maybe why I got these wheels of a 300ZX.
