    1983 'Sapporo' technica coupe

    a sneak peek at yet another Hectors projects:
    (just found it yesterday...and it's Very highly optioned, BONE STOCK!)

    Yep, more pics please.... looks tidy, don't know about the colour scheme though? Need more pics so I can appreciate this car more :tu:

    Just from the little bit I can see of the dash, it looks similar to the semi-digi dash on the Starions.

    truthfully, I'd like to find out more information about this particular option package... there was some speculation that it may have an automated 'voice warning/reminder' system?? (like: "your door is ajar") yea, the digital dash is VERY early 80s!

    ...I was waiting to get it home and clean it up before posting more pics, then reveal this cars humble beginnings later... but oh well, might as well share now.

    I bought this car at the local Pick'n'pull yard! (with 56k on the clock!!)

    (the car is completely BONE stock. I plan to do absolutely nothing to the interior, except for a thorough cleaning. repaint original two-tone silver/black w/ red pinstripe, find some wide period-correct wheels, and our typical hand-built suspension mods, and it'll be done.)

    When you bought it from the Pick'n'pull.. did it have a title and was it able to drive out of there?
