DR30 coolant temp sensor - Tridon part no?

Don't suppose any of you Australian DR30 owners have managed to find out the Tridon part number for a DR30 coolant temp sensor (the one on the side of the thermostat housing with the two-pin connector)?

Need to replace that, plus the two fan switches on the radiator and I'm having trouble figuring out which one to get.

I'm not 100% sure I've got the right fan switches either - someone suggested the TFS143 but they're currently on backorder so I have nothing to compare the failed ones to right now.

I know Jenesis sells the genuine Nissan bits but they want a hideous amount for them.

I think that is the correct part number. I will check when I get home.

I bought a pair and I didn't like how they seated. I didn't feel it would seal. So I boiled my spare thermostats and found which ones turned on.

I've got no idea what the Bosch part number is either.

Sweet, thanks for that. Is it definitely the right thread? I found some chatter on another forum claiming the OEM part has a BSP thread as opposed to metric.

Had a look at that .pdf but there are way too many options!

Bolted right up same thread, same electrical connector no problems there. Metric threads all the way with the DR

Though I haven't started my car yet to check it fixed my fans.

There was somewhere on the PDF with the fj20 s12 Silvia part numbers. Though the thermostat sensor looked different.

Hah awesome. I guess the moral of the story is not to trust everything you read on the internet...

Another weird thing I've discovered is that jumping the connectors on the plug that leads to the top sensor makes the smaller radiator fan come on, but I was always led to believe the bottom sensor controls the fans.

Then again I've never seen the big radiator fan engage in the eight years I've owned this thing, heh. The sensors must really be screwed!

Parts should arrive by Monday if all goes well. Haven't yet worked out which coolant temp sensor I'm after though :/

Was the top sensor for the air con fan the same part? It looks the same I was going get around to it when I found out where my a/c loom goes.

When you do your sensors any chance ed you can trace what the wiring loom from the cabin should connect to I have an idea how it might go.. except the top sensor really throws me off as none of the plugs mate with it.
