    Motegi MR124??

Hey JNCers! I was just browsing around for a new set of wheels to put on my CA5 Accord. I was normally eyeing a set of Enkei Apache IIs, Compes, or if I could save enough, some Work Equips. However, I happened to stumble upon the Motegi MR124. Google doesn't return many results, but I think these wheels look really cool, not to mention they're extremely cheap (15x8 +6 offset for about $100 a pop!!!!). Now my question is, do these happen to be a replica of any old school Japanese wheel by SSR, Hayashi, Riverside, etc? Or are these actually an original design? This fact may or may not sway my decision on purchasing these, but as of now, they're really appealing to me!

Note: There's also the MR224s, which seem to be a forged version of the same design

I can see there's a bit of inspiration with the stepped lip and the area around the lug holes, but I don't think that's enough to make them a replica. Spokes look too different, and there's 6, instead of 8.
