    7MGE Fuel Pressure Regulator OE Setting?

    I've never really seen anybody do this. But since the fuel system is not the place to cheap out on. I would just get a Aeromotive FPR.

    Is this engine going to see forced induction?

    Ya I got no problem gettting a aftermarket FPR so long as it fixes my problem.
    I got 45 psi off the fuel rail at the cold start injecter.I thought this was too high.
    I tried testing the FPR after it comes out the rail on the return line but gauge just maxed out beyond 100psi.

    I've had it running, well idling couple times past few months but now nothing.
    7mg will remain non turbo.But car may not. :tu:

    Fuel pressure check should be done before the pressure regulator. Aftermarket would be the most reliable. I haven't looked in a while, but 45 psi is not too. The wife's 6 cylinder camry runs about that. Just go aftermarket and don't worry. Yup, just checked and pressure at idle should be between 30 and 40 psi. So you are a bit high, but not too bad.

    OK new aeromotive FPR installed with driftmotion AN install relocation kit.
    Still no start got spark and fuel at 35psi.

    I've had it idling a couple months ago but that was about it.So dizzy is good.

    The only other change i made was when i got the JDM RHD 7m and had to put in a US LHD harness and the injecter plugs were different.

    So instead of switching injecters i just switched the injecter plug ends.Everythinhg was marked and i did one at a time so not to get any wires switched.

    So do I need to put US injecters in the 7m?They were different colors.
