Nice job on the dash! I like the touch of the tach instead of the clock. RA29 Tach?

You can probably mount an early MX32 or RA21 clock in your console now.

Tack. may have been from 74 celica but i think still same as RA29?
The one with just speedo and tack gauges.

Ya I want to add a clock to console,I have 2 that I tried but too small.I think one was RA21?

Console is now undergoing same process.

That's some pretty awesome work. Headlights are a nice touch. Cant wait to see them when they are installed. What are you doing with those rear quarter window louvers? Did you make a cover plate for them or something?

I would love to see how those side vents look. My suggestion on lights.... don't go over the top. I was going to do projectors in mine but try to keep them downplayed not too flashy or crazy as to take away from the looks of the car...

first, great work on the car so far. When re-doing your dash, what did you do to fix the needles on the speedo and such. All of mine are bent like yours and I would love to straighten them out.

The white needles are metal ones from the rona. The bent one was from the celica tack.

You could try heat pressing yours back to shape then cooling quickly with cold water or air

I think you could use most any needles from any car if you found a good pair.
I had to add weight to the backside of the tack needle it was too light.

    Heya, looks awesome!

How'd you get the blower assembly out? I have a 72 corona and from what i see the blower assembly looks similar. I need to change the heater core, blower moter and clean it all up but I'd like to try to do it without ripping out the whole dash. Also, where did you find all the foam insulation strips?

    Thanks!!
