Where to get Mikuni style carbs tuned - Western Washington

I have a set of Mikuni PHH44 Sidedrafts I'm going to be installing on my wagon, but pretty sure I'm going to need them tuned for my motor vs the 2tg they came off of at some point lol. So the question is where or whom should I go to help with tuning the carbs?

There's a guy named Jim Simpson who lives on Whidbey Island. He's famous for his work at Ferrari, design for a couple cars for Nardi, and making complete Italian style body kits for Miata's. But he also has a lot of experience with classic japanese cars. He runs a shop in Clinton I believe. I don't know if he can help you or not, but he lives somewhat close to you, and he may be able to point you in the right direction. He seems like a great guy.

For now it would be my stock 4g52, then I'll move onto a g54 bottom end unless I source a running 2.6 first lol, direct swap for me  .
