i haven't made one myself personally but i've read sumwhere that you could try making a mold of the lip out of 3/4in plywood and use a sheet of g.i. steel of aluminum sheet then try hammering it with a rubber mallet til it molds on to the wood. hope this helps.

Im fabricating a 'Hakosuka/Kenmeri' type lip at the moment. This is how it looks right now.

Im hoping it'll turn out like this

Give me another two weeks or so and it'll be done!

How do you mount your custom lip to your ride?

Good timing... i was just finished fabricating the mount. Its the same as the hakosuka's lips. How i did was temporary screwing the lip to the lower valance using three small mounting brackets out of sheet metal and lay 2 layers of fiberglass sheet on it. Brush the resin onto it and wait it to dry tomorrow. When its done put putty on it to smooth it and its done! Ready for painting.

Too bad my camera's broken and i cant take pics of it. My fon's camera is not that good anyways... will post the pics some other time
