  • 1600 wagon restoration

Picked up a wagon last year, was going to do a rotary conversion as I've had a rotary 510 sedan and it was a shit load of fun. But this cars a matching number unit so I will keep it that way. This is the day i picked it up

    All stripped on a trolley

Got repro guards, bonnet and rear door skins. Pleased with the quality too

Went to the panel beaters afew weeks ago, heres a pic of the new drivers rear quater panel that will be going on. The original had taken a big hit and was shoddily repaired

Photo from the beater today. Old skin removed, new one will be going on soon. Just a small repair where the fuel line goes thru the body.

More updates from the panel beater

This side had taken a hit on the pillar, i scored a replacement quater from a wreck.

                  Inner pillar needed replacing
