My wife says she used to watch this when it was airing back in the day. She gave a quick rough translation of some stuff - maybe others here can provide a better job... First, Abunai Deka means something like "Dangerous Police" At the end of the clip, the guy says something akin to "Even the monkey falls from the tree" - an idiom which means, 'even professionals mess up sometimes'. And the final phrase has something to do with "Can't chase them after they got away"... :) Haha… pretty funny!
