VIDEO: Nostalgic Race Day at Autopolis

The video we’re featuring today is of a Nostalgic Race Day at Autopolis, an international racing circuit in Oita Prefecture. Autopolis, currently owned by Kawasaki, hosts a number of races for Super GT, Super Formula, Super Taikyu and MFJ Superbike, but here it’s invaded by classic domestic steel.

Wasabi Cars is a YouTube channel by Daniel O’Grady, a teacher in Japan. Being a car enthusiast, he takes his camera with him to document his automotive discoveries at car shows, track days and just generally walking around. Occasionally he covers events in his native Australia as well, but the majority of the content is based around Japanese nostalgic cars. Today is Daniel O’Grady’s birthday, so be sure to wish him a happy birthday by hitting the thumbs up button and giving him some happy birthday comments.

Happy Birthday Daniel! Excellent video. I really want to thank you for all the cool videos you have posted all this time. I enjoy watching them to see what we missed out on over here in the USA. Only problem is that I drooled soo much I shorted out my keyboard. Happy car hunting!
