Truth in Advertising, but Beauty Too?

Someone at JC Penny loves nostalgics. We think. It’s been said that if something happens once it’s an accident, twice and it’s a coincidence, three times and it’s a full-blown trend.

Well, we first noticed this JC Penny’s Father’s Day television commercial featuring a first-generation Honda Accord Sedan on 1stgencivic.org.

Then, while catching up with grandJDM, we saw this print ad linked from Auto Otaku with an E2 Corolla partially obscured by a leggy model.

What’s next, a catalog of muffin tins featuring a KPGC10 Skyline GT-R slammed on Wats? We can only hope.

I like how the model is out of focus but the Corolla is =)

What’s not to love about Nostalgics :). Who can blame them, so many people use the cliche american muscle cars – not that there’s anything wrong with that :).

I like the old Ke25 Rolla its really grown on me lately. Shame I want to put a rotary in one. Someone stop me :P.
