Typhoon Mindulle is hammering Tokyo right now with epic rains. A tunnel on the Chuo Expressway in Tokyo saw some epic flooding this morning. The storm is headed towards Tohoku next. Looks like I won’t be driving my Skyline for a while.

Looks like the Sepulveda Boulevard underpass to the Los Andeles International Airport South runways [or several streets in Phoenix] after the “It never rains here” is proven to be BS! The Chou Expressway is one of the most important roadways in the Tokyo area so this is a major hit! I will be on it in 2 weeks.
