MINICARS: Enjoy your music through a Subaru 360

Music is great, but speakers are typically pretty boring. If you’re tired of bathing your eardrums with your favorite bops via a dull old cube or cylinder, perhaps a speaker shaped like a Subaru 360 is more your jam.

These Bluetooth speakers are the latest creation from Camshop, a Japanese company that makes all sorts of household gadgets in the shape of your favorite nostalgic cars. They’ve made USB drives and wireless mice resembling Hakosuka Skylines and Toyota 2000GTs, but Japan’s beloved kei car seems like the perfect addition to your office.

The speaker operates wirelessly or with via a cable for devices that don’t support Bluetooth. There’s also a built-in mic in case you want to use it as a phone when you have an incoming call. Furthermore, its charging cable is located behind the engine cover of this RR kei car, so it looks like it’s refueling when charging.

The speaker comes in three colors, ivory, blue, and yellow, and costs ¥5,184 (approximately $47 USD). Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any way to have one sent to the US, but if you have a friend in Japan, you can order one here.

You can order one from eBay but it costs over twice as much.
